Yielding Accomplished African Women (Yaa W.) is building the largest online career community and talent pipeline of Black college women in STEM, and the place where hundreds of young women are building their career. Despite gains, poverty still has a woman’s face!

We are on an ambitious mission to invest in the under-invested: Black college women in tech and finance (STEM). We have been serving african women for the past three years.

What issue and opportunity do we address?

📌By 2030, there will be 375 million young people in the job market in Africa.

📌By 2030, 42% of the global youth will be African.

📌Women represent one of the largest pools of untapped labor.

With our rapid growth and expansion and as part of our 3 year anniversiry we’ve launched a donor campaign.

The theme for this year’s donar campaign is:

We need your investment to continue to inspire, upskill and credentialize unconventional talent for employability into the finance and technology industry worldwide.
